I know this is kind of crazy but i am addcited to ca rdio. In terms of fat loss, which is the most effective method for loss of body fat? Should one do a shorter cardio session bu t really intense? orshould one do a longer session bu t a lo t less intense, or should one alternate?

high intense or low intense will burn fat depending on duration but high intense will be catabolic to muscles.

If your going for a long time, low intensity is best. What type of a diet are you doing, and how long do you ussually do your cardio? Do you see fat loss or muscle loss or both?

Cheeta,

I think I worked w/ you a while back, I'm not sure. Anyhow, I would say SPRINTING is the best way. Sprint for 1:30 (min) and walk for 30min, then repeat. Follow the sprinting routine for about 3-4 days out of the week, and then add 2-3 days of low-intensity walking up an incline cardio for a longer duration. It will keep your matabolic rate at bay, while giving you the best of both worlds.

First of a ll thanks mr x your input is always apprciated. The Myth, i do 2 30 minute sessions a day, and they are both intense. As of now i do stay away from sprinting becaue i just retired from sprinting and im all burnt out. But both of the 30 minute sessions that i do are very intense. So is this a pretty good way?
