I do it after lifting so I have full energy for my lifts. A lot of people like to do fasted cardio in the morning and then lift later in the day. I would do the latter if my schedule allowed.
In winter, I go to swimming pool in the morning 2 hours at 70% of my max cardio and then I use rowing machine before working my back, only 2000m at 41 s/m. Jogging after 9 pm is a bad idea for your night.
depends on what kind of cardio you do and what your goals are
cutting to the chase there are boot camp and crossfit type classes which incorporate both in the same hour. but if you want to be a great runner you should focus on that.. if you want to be a great weight trainer you should focus on that. i made the mistake of trying to be great at both and it just ended up wearing out my body
