How intense of a cardio is recommended directly after weightlifting and what type of protein refueling is best when all this is done at night?
I lift 30 minutes M,W,F and cardio 60 minutes M,T,W,T,F so I have 3 days that overlap the two and it is back to back. I am only interested in cutting body fat from 13% to 10% Should I do something differently about these 2 activities?
