I've been on a low carb diet for a couple of weeks now, with morning cardio before breakfast. Well I broke down yesterday and had a bit of a carb binge. Today when I went out for my early morning walk, I had the worst shin pumps. I ended up having to turn back halfway through and barely made it home. Has anyone else found that you get a much better (worse?) pump when loaded up on carbs? As opposed to being carb depleted.
Anyway, back on low carbs for me.
