i think both sides of the aisle are wrong when it comes to carbs

on one side the 0 carb guys don't understand there is a difference between low glycemic index and glycemic load. so they are scared to eat fruit, oooh it has carbs!

and the heavy carb guys want to justify their love for pasta, bread, donuts etc by saying 'oh you need sugar to restore glyocgen' .. the problem with that is these fat powerlifters don't blow through their glycogen from their 2-3 rep max lame training. not even close.. you want to blow your reserves? go run 10 miles, that will do it
