Hi there, today I was supposed to start my carb-up but I just got called in to work (around 10-12 hr shift) so im gona have to postpone it for tommorow. Anyways Once I wake up Im gona do 20-30 mins medium cardio, then do a fullbody workout.
Now when doing the full body workout im trying to get rid of all glyco in muscles right? Whats the most effective way to train to do this? And how will I know if my muscles are depleted?
Ok next Ive been reading and it seems im supposed to gorge on carb foods? I dont understand why I wake up from say 2000 calories to around 3000 on this day!
Also what kind of foods should I be eating?
Fruits and cereal I know Im allowed to eat, but what about other foods? Are junk foods ok? Is chocolate? Coffee with cream and sugar? Donuts? Muffins? Pizza? Any help with the carb-up would be great thanks.
Also whats a High GI carb and a low? I dont even know what GI is.
