I am a bit of a car fanatic and am undecided on what my next car will be.

I have short listed 3 but cannot narrow it down. Can any of you guys/girls gimme the pros and cons of the 3 below:

Range Rover Supercharged - still a little slow but it's pure luxury also somewhat more expensive than the below 2 - is the difference really worth it?

Chrysler 300c SRT 8

Cherokee SRT 8

Input please fellas.

used range rovers are usually low mileaged vehicles becasue they spend so much time broken in the shop.

have you test driven the BMW or porsche suv's? both are Quite Quick.

Both the BMW X5 and Porsche Cayenne are not really my cup of tea - way too common out here and the X6 is just plain butt ugly. For Luxury and image the RR wins hands down. I reckon the Cayenne will outperform the RR supercharged but not the cherokee.

Oh and the price of the Cayenne is too high even if it was likeable.

I guess American it is but having said that cause the price of the Euro, German cars can be had for very good prices at the moment.

yes, the RR is one soft riding, comfortable luxury oozing SUV....when it's running. they drive VERY well!! (when it starts and runs)

just keep a reliable american or jap car on the side for the many many times the RR will be broken.

srt-8 jeep. they are badass fast and look sweet. that would be my pick. as long as you don't mind the shitty gas mileage

If you want a speedy SUV, go for a TrailBlazer SS. 395 HP, 400 and some change ft*lbs tourque stock. They can be had with about 27K miles on them for about 16K before negotiations.

2004-2006 Hummer H2s are going for cheap now.

2010 Camaro SS is right around the corner.

Range Rovers are for douchebags. I'm a GM guy if you can't tell.

LOL - currently driving a 6litre Lumina SS

but lookin for something more powerful and need a change so I don't think the trailblazer would do it.

As for Hummers, they are for douchebags :) ugly, fat, slow cars and so common over here.

Camaro SS - If I was a little bit younger, it comes back to the image thing.

If buying something it will either be new or no older than 6mths with less than 15,000km on the clock.

I think bang for buck the 300m and the cherokee win hands down :)

Yep, have driven one fo sho but it gives me the cheap impression - not anywhere near the same standards as a Cayenne or Range Rover but then again the price is pretty much half of those.
