Capping supps

[FONT=&quot]does anyone have any experience capping supps? if so, can you give me suggestions or pointers when capping a pill with lets say....5-6 different ingredients?[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]what's the best method to ensure you get the correct amount of actives in the pill? do you mix all your ingredients into a container and then pour into pills? or do you measure out ingredients one by one and then cap them?[/FONT]

It seems like a huge pain in the butt unless you have a lot of free time on your hands to kill. You'll likely want a capping machine, and a very good scale to measure things out. Not something I'd personally get into though.
