Capping supps from BAC...

I'm an idiot. Instead of buying the already capped supps, I bought the freakin' powder and it's getting to be a mess. I also bought the "cap it yourself kit." The hardest part is getting the precise measurements into the cap w/o it spilling over. Any ideas on how to make it clean(er)? i was thinking of getting a funnel. Anyone with any good experience? thx

i bought the cap-m-quik thing but its still a pain in the ass...

i will never buy powder again.

Powders suck, I just mix them with my protein shakes.
