Can't Eat Right On Time?

BigNothing

New member
I generally eat every three hours a meal consisting of complex carbs (Rice, Yogurt), Fats (Alm., Flax) and Protein (Meat, Eggs). (THESE AND MORE).

Anyway my question is regarding the timing of the consumption. I plan to eat every three hours. But, What happens if I don't get it in until 3 Hrs. 45 min. or so. Do I begin to go catabolic, and when I do eat will anything happen differently (i.e. will it be converted to fat more easily or should I eat more or what)? At 2 Hrs. between meals I snack on a Low Carb Myoplex bar, about 1/5 of the bar in that Hr. before my next meal to keep my metabolism stoked.

Any Ideas and/or knowledge and/or help would be appreciated.

It's just that I feel really in tune with my body, like I can tell when things are being transported and taken away. And in that 45 minutes it seems as if something is being taken away. But when I ate i felt the transport sooner.

Do you think I am actually feeling what I think I am or not. Is it possible, can anyone else.

Don't worry about 45 minutes. Eat as often as you can. I actually eat 7-8 meals a day, but smaller meals. I do eat protein at all meals including right before bedtime (generally a mix of whey, egg, casein, etc). You might want to consider some protein bars to carry if it is going to be more than an hour.
