Can’t do a pullup

Pull downs can also help you to build strength to doing it with your own body weight.

Some people also use resistance bands to give them little assistance.
 
buddy nobody is born being able to do a pullup. i can remember in 5th grade i couldn't do one either.

now i can rip off 60 of them in a row. it is all about progressing over time. does your gym have an assisted pullup machine? that is a good start. lower the weight gradually over time. and before you know it you will be able to do them no problem
