Ok guys, I'm sick of eating the trad. tuna/mayo sandwiches. I have got several dozen cans of tuna and I need some good recipes for this stuff. I am positive that there are some culinary geniuses out there who have concocted some great recipes for there tuna.

BTW, I prefer albacore

Thanks
Sam

Ok here is my recipe

I call it the 2-bored-with-tuna-2-care

Ingrediants
(1) Can tuna
(1) Bottle of Ketchup or BBq Sauce

Directions: Open can of tuna and drain, place 2 tblspns ketchup or BBQ sauce on top. Take fork and spread on top of tuna (still in can). Eat. Serves 1.

I make this specialty when I'm out the door. Takes all of 2 minutes to eat. Gets the job done ;)

But if you want to put some time into it. I like to take relish and mix it in with the tuna and grind it up. Tastes great, trust me. Mayo and relish is even better.

why eat tuna just drink some skim milk for your protien

but when i used to eat tuna sometimes i would just be hardcore and dump it in diet soda or water and blend it for like 3 seconds and gulp it down

or put some texas pete hot sauce on it with some onions and microwave it

if your cutting id stay away from the skim milk, and if your bulking id probably still stay away from the milk put a clamp on your noise stuff three huge spoonfulsl in your mouth and wash down with a big glass of water works evreytime and hardly taste it

Geez 60 dollars for 4 ounces of this stuff! Im going to try it out once i get my pay check.. anyone know where i can buy a pipette for applying the gel for a cheap price?

you can make this recipe in bulk and store the patties in the fridge.

1 can tuna
minced celery (same amount as the tuna)
1 very large eggs, or 2 smaller, beaten
1-2 tbs minced scallions (green onions)

mix everything together and fry in a nonstick pan as "patties" I put 1tb oil in the pan. No carbs, lots of protein - for added protein you can add some plain whey in there before cooking. I'm on a keto so I eat with mayo mixed with dill... but that may be too much fat for others.

For the best flavour buy the solid albacore tuna (bumblebee brand is cheapest I noticed) rather than the mushy chunk lite stuff.

look for tuna helper next time you go grocery shopping. I love this shit. Probably not so good if you're dieting though.
