Hey, been reading this forum for awhile, and going back to school in a few days and got a new schedule and whatnot...I hear a lot of people asking for you guys to check out the routines, but I'd really appreciate if you guys could give me your opinions.
Sunday: ABs, Obliques(however you spell those side muscles) .. probably 6 sets for abs, 3 for the other, weighted sets gonna try and keep it to 6-8reps.
Run 1.5miles after workout
Stretch out
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Chest, Tris. FLat BB bench gonna aim for 5x5, then Incline DB 3sets, 6-8reps, Flat DBpress 3x6-8, Machine crossover, 3x6-8. Then Skull Crushers 3x6-8, and two more Tri exercises I don't know the name for same reps....
Wedsenday: Run 2miles in the morning before any meals then a nice Stretch out.
Thursday: Back/Bis. Deadlifts, aiming for 5x5, then pull downs 3x6-8, Machine upper back exercise 3x6-8, and 3sets of the lower back exercise.. don't know the name, but you use a weight, and its like the oppisite of Abs by leaning forward and brining yourself back up on the equipment. Bis will be 5x5 Preachers, 3x6-8 hammers, and then some 21s.
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Legs/Shoulders.. Squats 5x5(Also another question, I just started these and I'm using the smith machine for them, great exercise.. should I just work my way into regular squats?), machine quad exercise 3x6-8, machine hamstring 3x6-8, Calf Raises 3x6-8. Military Press 5x5, then Arnies for 3x6-8. Then BB shrugs for 3x6-8... Top it off with some nice stretching

I'll be try to keep myself full of protien. Also there will intermeral sports and some martial arts class in the mix too.. I'm not trying to grow massive size or anything.. I think I'll be risking some overtraining, but I wanna keep my cardio up and make strength gains.
