Morning-I'm in competition and want to improve my cardio and recovery yes your bang on. I ran EQ for that vey reason sir-the test's made me sick as a dog. It's hard finding anything that helps in this area other than anavar eq seemed the right way to go because of the low water, but I get loads of lactic acid build up on that anyway so in my small experience not sure roids and any good for cardio. Hopefully I'll get the benefits when I come off. What do you think hyp?
