Can you basically do "AM" cardio any time while in ketosis?

Since there's no glycogen stored away in your liver while in ketosis, can you basically get away with doing cardio anytime of the day while in ketosis and essentially have it be like you were doing it in an AM fasted state in a normal diet? Or will the free floating ketones in your blood from your meals be used first as opposed to your body fat stores?
 
i was thinking the same thing,,,the major reason ppl say to do cardio in the am is because you fasted from carbs while u slept.......bumpo for info
 
omg i've been wondering this forever good post! mr. x? is there any advantage to morning cardio if you have no glycogen stores?

Your right. Now that I think about it one summer I did cardio first thing in the morning and got really great results...On a non-keto diet

Doing cardio later in the day never did much for me on a non-keto diet..

I wonder like the others here if it matters when you do cardio on a keto diet

I think the cardio timing would be much more important on a high carb diet
 
ok if you're not referring to cardio on a keto diet please dont reply. We all konw that cardio in the morning IS beneficial if you have glycogen... we are operating glycogen free... so we're asking if cardio timing would have any effect on net fat burned.
