Can this happen to a female?

When a guy takes any gear, his own hormones get shutdown. Hence balls become the size of M&M's. And to bring hormones and balls back to normal, the use of HCG and/or clomid is needed. But can the same thing happen to a woman? If she were to use gear, do her own hormones become suppressed?

So what can a woman do to return her hormones back? Certainly not HCG and/or clomid as females do not have testicles.

its not an easy thing with women.

they produce smae amount of T like men, but on a much lower level

so - she was on gear...that means her t production was compromised....so the feedback loop that ties t and estrogen together is most like disrupted as well.

Like I said before, to be quite frank, she shouldn't have been on anything without looking toward this possibility

also - PROVIRON??

HUGE, HUGE no no...VERY androgenic...so using it to boost sex drive will only make the hormone situation worse

SHe need to get a TOTAL blood workup..complete hormonal panel as well as a thyroid screening

WOmen don't take anything to get them back to normal - they do not take PCT.

Time off will eventually bring their levels back up.

This is why people should always get a total blood panel done BEFORE cycle AND AFTER cycle to see the changes.

Yet how long would it take for her test levels to be normal again and start kicking?? if it takes too long she is going to lose a lot of her hard earn muscle she gain during the cycle and she will be shut down specially if she did test and well crash!! this is good question

you cant answer that question w/o a blood panel

Like Shadow said, need a blood panel to know what numbers we are dealing with.

Also, there is no timeline - it can depend on the AAS taken, amount taken and duration of cycle. Not to mention, individual hormone levels and any medical conditions.

...this thread is an exaple of what NOT TO DO when planning a "cyle" for a woman

Women appear to suffer very little/no suppression of androgens due to AAS use. What they DO suffer from is becoming accustomed to higher androgen levels, both physically and pshycologically. It is thought a lot of this is due to androgens increasing dopamine activity in the brain. No real treatment for this except maybe some of the dopaminergic drugs such as Wellbutrin or bromocriptine to be used post cycle.
