Can t get mass despite steroids ?! pissed off

Hello guys,

I am just in my last week of a course of 1xsunstanon mix with Deca twice a week and after 6 weeks I have notice that my strenght has largely increased but in terms of mass I have just taken 3 kilos. I have been eating at least 5 times a day but still I don t know where it s going ! What s wrong ? I am surprised cause a mate of mine is doing the same courses with the same steroid pack and he has gained at least 6 kgs. What do you think I should do bros ?. One on my concerns is that for the first time ever, I have been doing at least 40 minutes of cardio 4/5 times a week to loose fat around the abs. Should I stop running as I am burning too much ? I want my mass !
 
Well that much cardio wont help you at all if your a hard gainer.Also it takes a good 4 weeks for the test and deca to really get going to start seeing size gains.But deca you will have to eat alot more food compared to tren to really bulk on it....Lift heavy and stay at it it all takes time....
 
no cardio, eat a lot more i bet you're not getting 4-5000 calories a day..
and make sure you are getting enough sleep at night. you grow when you are resting, not when you are at the gym.
 
You cant loose fat and gain weight at the same time dude.

You eigher are gona loose fat...or you want to gain muscle...which is it...you decide.

Yeah you are confusing your body with all that cardio. Ive found it better to only push your body in one direction at a time. If you are trying to bulk, use products that help you bulk. If you are trying to cut, likewise. Its too difficult to get cut and add significant muscle weight at the same time for most people. Those with rare genetics can, but hardgainers ( like myself ) make much better gains when focusing on one goal at a time.
 
More than that its imposible to do. Physics.
Surplus Calloric intake= Gain Mass
Deficit Callories intake= Loose Mass

Simple as it will ever get.
 
Eat, eat, eat and when you're done with that, eat some more!

Cut the cardio as everyone already said.

PS - With Tren it is possible to lose fat/gain weight (muscle weighs more than fat).

Cut down Cardio since my last email and ve been focusing only on heavy weight lifting. Seems to start gaining weight rapidly. As for the food, can one of you give me example of a diet day for mass , I have been eating at least 5 times a day but I start feeling fed up with food, feel totally that I am gonna through out !

Any tips ?
 
Dude, I'm sure you are doing fine. Not sure what miraculous results you are expecting on the current cycle that you are doing. It takes a LONG time to put on QAUALITY mass! Take your time and stop expecting miracles, and you'll see that over the next year or two you should make some pretty decent gains. Best of luck!
 
Eat every fucking thing you see. EAT IT ALL...if you throw up....throw up in a bucket and take a spoon and eat that again! EAT EAT EAT. Drink protein shakes........eat tuna, chicken breasts, meat, steak, turkey, potatoes, rice, pasta, spagheti, brocolli, spinach, oatmeal, drink LOTS of milk + watter.

Eat bro eat.

whats the point in pure weight gain? anybody who eats a lot will gain lots of weight, just ask the average american. If quality would be on your mind, gaining 3 kilos (6 lbs.) of pure fat free muscle mass would be a tremendous result. Marcus Ruhl added 100 lbs. of muscle mass in 10 years of his career, that makes 5 kilo per year that a genetically gifted pro bodybuilder is able to achieve. the next time you read a post of some amateur lifter who gained some ridiculous amount of weight while on a 2 months cylce, you can bet 90% of this weight is water and fat. even on steroids it takes years to build a massive body.
 
Did i mention , sardines, fish, salmon, caviar, shrimp, & EGG WHITES.
 
Also, and no disrespect, but if you are going to ask questions like yours, search through the THOUSANDS of posts already on this discussion board. Every question you could think of at this stage of the game has been answered by some of the top guys on here already. The chances of them answering the same question for the 100th time is unlikely, so why not do a search and educate yourself. I have learned most of what I know just by researching the top people on here and then doing my own research as well on the net. Again, good luck!
 
Write down everything you eat for the next two days. What you eat and when you eat it. Then post it up. Your diet will determine all of your results.

Alot also depends on how your body responds to the steroids. I have a friend of mine that can do the same cycle as me and he'll gain maybe 7lbs and I'll gain 15-20 and still stay ripped doing it. ;) Everyone responds differently
 
Everyones body is different. That being said, the guys that posted before me hit it head on. It takes a bit of time before that type of cycle really kicks in, and you must eat eat and eat more (then sleep, lol).

Doing that much cardio while trying to bulk is causing you to run up-hill so to speak. Youre really working against yourself here. Cutting your cardio down until you complete the cycle will help you maximize youre weight gains.

very good point man - I used to stress because my training partner and I had the same workouts, the same cycles... only difference was I ate more and my diet was more meticulous...yet he would gain 15 pounds and I would gain half that amount.... now I know better :)

he was doubling up the doseage when he got home...oldest trick in the book

LOL!

A tip for being able to eat more - eat lower fat and lower salt foods. The lower fat meals clear quicker, and the low salt makes you feel less bloated. If you gorge yourself with junk, you wont be hungry again for hours.
