Can someone check my math please?

I want to make sure my math is correct. I diluted my 10000 IU vial of HCG with 10ml of diluent. I'm using 1ml U-100 insulin pins. I inject 150IU twice a week. According to my math I'm using the 15th tick on the syringe to measure it out. Please verify my math. Thanks..So using my math 250IU would be the 25th tick right? This Is more for my sanity....

10,000IU in 10ml water = 1000IU per ML. If your slin pins are 1cc/ml and have 100 ticks, then each tick would be 1000/100 = 10IU.
