My wife is not a body builder by any meens but she is in great shape and has had 2 kids. She want to see if there is anything she can take to lean out and tighten up. she has an ok diet but would like to know if she can take something. Has there been any ladies here that took winstrol ? If so what were your results and how long did you take it for ?

The best thing she can do is clean up the diet and get a tight, solid training program going. Have her join here and look over all the stickies, and make her first post. The women here will help guide her.

Steroids are NOT the answer at this point, and certainly not Winstro.l as her intro to steroids.

I concur Daisy.

While you lads lean out on steroids, it is a completely different kettle of fish for women.

IMHO, I don't think women should take steroids unless they are competing in some sports or bodybuilding. I am a nattie, but my previous coach wasn't and a lot of the other girlies I know who compete are not either.

The sides vary quite a bit from woman to woman, some have very few to none, some have A LOT, and some of the sides do now show up until they have been off them for 6 months.

Does she do any exercise?

If she doesn't then any of the benefits of steroids would stop when she stops taking them.

Also the whole thing about an 'ok' diet is quite subjective. In the UK right now 85% of people say they eat healthy but 60% are overweight and 25% are obese, the numbers just don't match up.

It would be a lot easier if she posted herself.

^^ What they said.

Not all the women here are competitive bodybuilders either, some are strength athletes, some are endurance athletes, some are fitness/figure competitors but many are just FIT. I should like to think I fall into that last category.

Sorry, but there is no magic bullet and anabolics certainly don't qualify.

Please tell her to post up and we would be more than happy to guide her on her personal quest. :)

best thing you could ever do for your wife is get her to sign up for herself. I got my wife to sign up and now she wont leave.lol

She can take in a predetermined amount of green veggies, healthy starchy carbs and lean proteins everyday for the next 12 weeks, and a dash of cardio and a moderate to healthy serving of weight training and she can watch the changes in her body week to week.

It can't be THAT simple.... can it? :)

Also - NO SIDES with this path. Well, I mean that is, if living healthier and being happier with strength/energy levels and *gasp* physical appearance aren't considered side effects.

LOL in black and white it's cake
sticking to it is a different story

I think when you've been doing the right thing (not just thinking that have been) and you are struggling to see changes then you need to find out what's going on with your body and that's when it gets complicated.

I'll take my cake in chocolate. :)

And yes, I do agree with the rest of it. ;)

Thanks everybody.. I will try to get her to become a member her self. I think its best to steer her away from the winny. That was my idea and it was just a bad idea if that. She does excercise some. just cardio. Thanks for the input and I knew I could depend on Needto for further advise, lol. Thanks again.
