Place 1 or 2 lbd salmon steak in a self made tinfoil pan. Squeeze 1 to 2 whole lemon and let Salmon sit in its juices for 1/2 hour. The lemon acid will almost ceveche the Salmon. Then drain off the excess lemon and dust with garlic powder both sides.
While marinating in lemon juice, make a olive oil, garlic and herb marinade. Take about 2 table spoons of olive oil, 2 cloves garlic finely minced, 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste and a 1/2 tablespoon of some italian herb seasonings (oregano, basil, tyme,) you can usually find a premixed italian herb seasoning at the grocer. Combine ingredients and mix.
Take the garlic and herb marinade and brush the entire mix on the garlic powder dusted salmon steaks. Get another piece of tinfoil and wrap it completely closed. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
