I got lazy for the last month and my fairly cut body went away. I want it to come back by July, think I can get it back to decent within 1 month? what I gotta do? Hella cardio and lots of carbs to go with it? I play street hockey almost everyday, thats like hardcore cardio for about 2 hours, is that sufficient cardio? what u guys think? Im'a get a tannin membership so i get the motivation to get my dumb ass back to the gym everyday, i find that works good for motivation cuz otherwise you just wasted 40 bucks for a month unlimited lol. So yeah, can i get pretty cut up in a month?
