Can I get major results in a month?

I got lazy for the last month and my fairly cut body went away. I want it to come back by July, think I can get it back to decent within 1 month? what I gotta do? Hella cardio and lots of carbs to go with it? I play street hockey almost everyday, thats like hardcore cardio for about 2 hours, is that sufficient cardio? what u guys think? Im'a get a tannin membership so i get the motivation to get my dumb ass back to the gym everyday, i find that works good for motivation cuz otherwise you just wasted 40 bucks for a month unlimited lol. So yeah, can i get pretty cut up in a month?
 
you could get cut up in a week with a shitload of cardio (2-4 hours a day) and eat about 3-4000 calories a day. professional athletes train sometimes around 6 hours a day like Karl Malone. its a matter if you got the time and the determination.
 
6 hours may be a bit of overkill just to get a months worth of slacking put behind you ....i would just eat clean do your cardio and get into the gym.....and you should see results
