Short answer is yes. One of the reasons I really would never recommend a woman that still wants to have children to use anabolic steroids. Ultimately it is their choice, but most science says a woman is born with all the eggs they will ever have at birth meaning anything the woman exposes her body to also exposes all those eggs to it. (Side note: Recent studies suggest that women may be able to produce new eggs during reproductive years, but this is still a topic that is up in the air.) Men on the other hand are continually making new sperm.
