calories on beastdrol

How many calories are you guys using while on a breastdrol cycle? thinking about doing 4k a day, which is 1.5k over my bmr... wanna try to stay as lean as possible - clean bulk.

Is this ok, or should i up my calorie intake?

1.5 k over your bmr might be a little much especially if you're lookin to stay lean, list your age,height and weight and we will be able to help a little better
 
Make sure you get at least 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.
 
at 6'1 201, on a day that u work out ull prolly "spend" 3000 cals for energy i bet so at least be eating 3500 cals of food and deff won't get fat if you workout hard.
 
3500 seems like a small amount... ill prob try to keep it at 4k and do cardio if i see a lil fat gathering.
 
.... really depends man on your workouts and your body id say if your okay with possibly putting on some 4000 would be ok, otherwise I would stick to the 3500 range. As stated make sure your protein intake is at 2 per pound. Which isnt easy to do at your weight so I would reccomed getting a bottle of gear, if its in stock right now.. plus youll get 25% off. If you take gear you can pretty much count all of the proteins you take in from food on top of shakes. Isopure is also a pretty good alternative to the shake so I drink those in the middle of the day and save the powders for pre and post.
 
I am on maybe 200 calories over my maintenance amount and I have gained 9lbs and haven't put on any fat 10 days in on 20mg so far. 1.5k over your bmr would yield major fat gains

WOAH! 200, that it? 9lb in 10 days? holy shit... i better rethink my calorie intake then!

i was under the impression that 3500 calories make one pound... but i guess while on, this does not apply...
 
Yea I might be 300 over, I'm not entirely sure of what my maintenance amount is. But you aren't immune to getting fat on AAS. Still need to eat the same way you would off if trying to build lean muscle. At least in my experience this is the case

how many caps are u taking?
 
i dont know how the hell im gonna get 2g of protein per lb by just going 300 over bmr... i might have to cut it down to 1.5
 
I am like 15g of protein above 1.5 per lb. I haven't noticed a difference on 2g per lb in the past

Pretty sure superdrol feeds of carbs anyways more so than protein. Btw I was eating 500+ cals over my daily requirements and I didn't notice fat gain. I was taking 20mg superdrol and 20 mg dymethazine for 4 weeks tho.

How many g of carbs should I be consuming? I was thinking bout eating 3k calories 40p/40c/20f and seeing how it goes from there. Ur naturally slim, so u didn't pack any fat. Lucky bastard!!!!

What about cardio? 3 x week to keep fat away ok?

Calories totally depend if you want pure lean gains or don't mind adding a little extra tub for GG mass. Also I don't know what your daily routine is so I can't recommend a specific calorie amount. But yet 40/40/20 is the ratio I used on my bulk.

Again everyone's body is different, me personally I have not done a single bit of cardio other than my 5 min warm up in the past couple months.
 
ive read a lot of posts saying beast is carb dependant. thinking about increasing my carb intake to 50%.

It's gonna depend on your bodytype. If youre ectomorphic then I would say go for it. Me personally i have to stick with a 40/30/30 pct ratio and strict diet in order to stay lean when bulking

Calories Consumed 3,020.70
Calories Burned 744 (an hour or so of gym)

Im drinking 3 protein shakes a day (60 g of protein each) in order to maintain a high level of protein.

Supps:
N2guard
Gear
Bridge (double dose)
Taurine (3g)
BCAA

and will most likely be adding ancient strenght once it arrives.

Thoughts?

I'd try to keep fats to a minimum of 20%, your body needs them. I'd lower the protein some as well and replace it with healthy fats then a few more carbs.

guess i could add a couple spoons of peanut butter on my shakes:D

lower the protein? was trying to reach the 2g per lbs... (im at 210)
 
Found this old post and thought id update, since i plan on starting a new 4 week beast cycle.

Haven't worked out in a while, but have been going consistently for the last 4 months... Muscle memory is a god sent... Originally i was cutting, and have dropped over 20 lbs. Currently at 180.

Thinking of doing 2 caps a day for 4 weeks. Will be consuming about 3330 calories, which is about 700 above maintenance. Since beast is carb dependent, i was gonna do a 50C/30P/20F split, but have decided that a 40C/40P/20F split will be better. This means that ill be consuming 330 g of protein per day, about 350 g of carbs and 65g of fat.

Want to gain 8-10 lbs of as lean muscle as possible. With as little fat gain as possible.

Don't know if doing 3 caps per day would have a significant advantage over 2.

Also while on I was planning in working out 6 times a weeks as opposed to 4. Hitting chest mondays and Fridays and a diff body part again on sat (rotating that part each week).

Any thoughts?!
