Calories & Cardio when cutting ?!?!?

I am about to start this 8 weeks cycle:
EQ 600mg a week + Propionate 100mg EOD

I am adding Winny tabs at 50mg ED for the last 4 weeks (5-8)

I am a hardgainer,
my goals are adding 5-6lbs of mass and loosing about 10lbs of Fat.

During normal bulking I eat about 1500 cals a day more than my body is burning (That would be 2500+1500=4000). I also neglect Cardio during that time.

However, on my new cycle, my goal (during the second half of the cycle) are to loose those 10lbs of fat without loosing muscle. That's why I've added the Winny for the last 4 weeks.

I don't know how much should I eat on those last 4 weeks along with the winny to get rid of the fat while adding some muscle.
 
I think you have two conflicting goals....If your going to bulk then bulk....save cutting for down the road....or vice versa
 
i have to agree with muscleup..something is not right here. you want to gain LBM while reducing bf%, use GH, with fina and test or just fina and test (prop/omna/sus) !

don't neglect the cardio...30min cardio, and do a high protein/low carb diet ! your calories seem high for someone trying to reduce bf%, unless you are talking mostly Cals from Protein.

Not quite.
Why? Because it's not really a full-blown bulking cycle. As I mentioned, I am just trying to add about 5lbs of muscle and loose 10lbs of fat. So I was thinking of eating a lot of cals for the first 4 weeks, and then for the last 4 weeks when I'm also taking Winny cut the calories. But I don't know how much to cut. I don't want to cut it too much as to completely stop muscle atrophy even during those last 4 weeks.
What cals during cutting do you suggest for a small framed 165lbs person ?
