I am about to start this 8 weeks cycle:
EQ 600mg a week + Propionate 100mg EOD
I am adding Winny tabs at 50mg ED for the last 4 weeks (5-8)
I am a hardgainer,
my goals are adding 5-6lbs of mass and loosing about 10lbs of Fat.
During normal bulking I eat about 1500 cals a day more than my body is burning (That would be 2500+1500=4000). I also neglect Cardio during that time.
However, on my new cycle, my goal (during the second half of the cycle) are to loose those 10lbs of fat without loosing muscle. That's why I've added the Winny for the last 4 weeks.
I don't know how much should I eat on those last 4 weeks along with the winny to get rid of the fat while adding some muscle.
