OK So I have been given some great info off here about training and diet ,but the thing is nobody is this town knows squat about anything , I swear , I have continually paid out money for bullshit information its always like " no, dont worry about counting calories they dont matter just eat until your not quite full" or " 60% protein is far to high you should be cosuming 60% carbs" ect ect I tell ya this town dont know nothing and its really starting to piss me off. So thats where you guys come in , I know what kinds of food to eat BUT for the love of god I DONT know how to
1. figure out the amount of cals i should be consuming
2. figure out how to convert cals into grams
3. if I left any basic thing out need to know that to

Im doing a carb rotating diet with carbs at 50 grams low days and 130 to 150 grams high days

I went for a body comp today and I am 36.6 % bf
approx 191 pounds
fat weight 70 pounds
lean weight 121pounds

also does anybody know what an oz. is = to a gram?

I think I have included everything I needed to know
Thanks so much
