Calorie Cycling?

Why ?? And I guess it would all depend on your food intake as well, i.e. protein, carbs, fats. Is it that you think it may work better than a regular diet, or is it just trying to utilize everything in your body more efficiently? I know a lot of people who change the amounts based on there day, is it a lifting day as opposed to non lifting or cardio and it works pretty well
 
you have the right idea but your timing is off. try this:

week 1 & 2: 3000 cals

week 3 & 4: 5000 cals

week 5 & 6: 2000 cals

this cycling will shock your body. the concept is very similiar to mr. x's anabolic diet.
