What is a good Calorie intake for someone trying to cut at 5'4 168. I know how the split should be. 40 40 20 but I do not know what should My intake be. I normally do cardio 4 to 5 times a week 40 minute session at the most. I lift for about 40 minutes 1 muscle a day. Other than that, that is my only activity level for the day. I also would like to know what would a maintence intake be?
