What would be a good place to start dieting, NATURALLY??? Would it be bodyweight X 10 or 11? Only using Ephedrine HCL(25mgs)and Caffeine(200mgs)tabs once or twice a day. Thanks in advance for any and ALL advice!!
bodyweight x 12 is a good baseline... if you are going below that make sure you have a refeed day of high carbs and maybe bodyweight x 18 once a week or two weeks to prevent your body from going into starvation mode....personally i think at bodyweight x12 you are in danger of losing some muscle if you arent on any gear and doing cardio.....good luck
