Calling all MA/Boxing know-it-alls! Can you hook a girl up?!

I feel confident with my jab, cross and uppercut...but I need help with my hook. Can anyone post up pics/vids for me...or a link will do. I'm a newbie kickboxing instructor (24 hr fitness) and want to make sure I'm using proper form.

A good hook is actually very easy to learn. You just have to internalize turning your body.

I see SG...training videos to purchase. I was looking for vids online for a demonstration!

Slinky...I borrowed a digital camera from work...I'll see if I can get Nate to tape me...doing a hook, that is!

Do you have a boxing gym near you? If so... just bat those eyes of yours and I'm sure any male instructor would happily give you the needed tips.
