Denver is a solid team. Exactly how good they are won't be known until mid-December unless, of course, they fall apart. The NFL season isn't a sprint, but rather a marathon. Everyone has ups and downs during the season. If a team is down early and finishes strong, then they have a good shot. Look at both Super Bowl particpants last year. They weren't the best teams, but they finished very strong at the end of the season. Time will tell.

Denver is a little overrated this year. With McCaffrey going down, its gonna be hard for them to even make the playoffs. They have a better than average offense, but Kennison is no McCaffrey. On defense they continue to struggle. Teams will run and pass on them at will.

Once they go up against a good defensive team, they struggle. Or any team that has a good running or passing game, and a decent defense.

I wouldnt be suprised to see San Diego bump them off this week, with Tomlinson rushing for over a buck and two scores, and Flutie passing for two and a half three bucks.

The only chance they have is if they get into a shoot out. Plus Griese is all banged up as usual with a shoulder injury and might not even go.
