there are online/mail order "pharmacies" where you can get legal prescriptions to a limited number of AAS/Hormones. these include Winstrol, Oxandrin, HGH, Test and ancillaries.
just pick up a fitness mag at the grocery store, you'll see them in there. but, uh, you won't like the pricing.

However getting a script is not based on any age cut off, but rather "medical necessity". You can get gear legal at 10 years of age if the doctor can document a need - hypogonadism, failure to grow, etc.

the "doctors" at these previously mentioned "pharmacies" don't care whether or not you actually have the condition, just that you said you had it and said you had been previously diagnosed as such. then they document it and issue the script. you then get to pay 5 times what the shit is worth to buy it legally.

the others are HRT candidates, but winny?
You will not get a script for winny unless your a horse or dog.

The only medical condition I know of in humans that they prescribe winny for is lipodermatosclerosis, which mostly affects women.

they do have Winstrol, by Winthrop no less. i know because i got some. i wouldn't do it again, but at the time i was really nervous about legality, counterfeits, etc. what i got was very expensive, real Winstrol from an FDA approved pharmacy.
i told them i was HIV positive (i'm not).

AAS is illegal regardless of your age. Unless you have a prescription of course. Sure you can go through the hassle of fabricating stories for a doctor, going through tests, etc. at which point you would be able to buy them legally. But you can avoid all of that and just purchase them on the black market and avoid the hassles. Not to mention the gear will be much cheaper than it would be through a pharmacy.
The price isnt so bad considering the money you will save on attorneys if you get caught without a script. not to mention they monitor your blood work. Unfortunately you might have a hard time convincing these clinics any thing over 200-300mg a week of
test if that and typically 1iu a day for hgh.
