bursitis from training

DEVLIN M.

New member
bros I've had bursitis for months already and it get worst after training, do you think I should stop working out to recover
or do I have any other options? thank you.

You really want to give it time to heal. Trust me, I was banging away for years without giving my shoulder proper rest and now I deal with it nagging every day.

trying to train through these types of overuse injuries will make them chronic

whatever the bursitis is you should leave that spot alone for a while yes, and then gradually come back light

I agree with this. You could do light rehabilitation exercises to help improve blood flow and recovery but you certainly would not want to do anything demanding that will prevent the injury from healing.
