i have just come back to the gym after a long lay off(where my diet went to shite) where i was suffering from,tendonitis,stomach lining infection,throat infection and slight over training which happened one after the other...
i have recently read burn the fat feed the muscle by tom venuto as well as chris aceto's championship bodybuilding..
in both books they recon u must start on a baseline diet,i have worked out a diet of about 3400 calories which i have jumped into and i have gained some weight(mostly water as i am on cycle and i was on about 2500-2800 calories) now i know that its a big jump and i know that i am going to gain weight which i am not to stressed about as i know i can get what ever i gain off...
my question is how long do u recommend that i stay on my 3400calorie baseline diet before i look at cutting calories? 2weeks?3 weeks?4weeks? i am on 40% protein,40% carbs and 20% fats. when i start my cut i will cut 25% of my calories from my carbs and follow a 3 day low 1 day high regime, after 2-3 weeks i will add in fat burners,after 2-3weeks i will add in cardio..
i am currently on lean mass cycles(Tren acetate,Test Prop,Anavar,Tbol,Proviron) as well as 5iu's of kefei HGH a day.
