Kirkland, 99% fat free and its actual chunks of chicken.

Too much salt. I just buy 4 trays every time I'm at Costco and grill them up a few at a time.

Mostly because I'm really, really fat.

had it....it's gross....way over seasoned....I make a thai tuna thing with some similar flavors that is waaaaay better

most prepackaged things like this i just find are overdone....too much salt and sugar, etc.
