T TheYork Guest Mar 28, 2002 #2 mutliply your weight my 20 and that is how many calories you do. stick to compound movements. here is a split i like.....mon chest/shoulders/tris.....wed legs...... fri back/traps/bi's. eat like a son of a bitch, drink lots of water and rest.
