hi i read here a few days ago that maintenance for calories was bodyweight X 12 and that bulking was: BODYWEIGHT X 15-18(!)
so my current weight is 154. my height is 6'3 (<-!!SKINNY still after putting on 20 quite lean pounds since septemberlate the appropriate ratios then?
what would my maintenace ratios the full ones be ?
what would be the best bulking ratios
and would there be any special adjustments in the ratios if i am using dianobol (only) for 5 -6 weeks with nolva/clodmi
also, another question for the diet guru's why exactly do these ratios mean a weight gain, loss or maintence, it would seem to me in my head at least that the VOLUME of food (the actual weight of shit your eating) would matter more?
also i guess this ratios only apply if water intake is fairly even and continuous, is this true?
trying to get to 175 lbs from 154 lbs @ 6'3.
Thank you very much, i have already incorporated some of Mr.X';s advice, taking 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil daily as well as calcium and multivitamin pills. vitamin c lozenge on cold days as well.
seems like i gained a ton right away, but havent really pushed the scale up in the past few weeks.
btw, i can start the day with 6 fried eggs (fried i know but i can stomach eggs this way at least)
what sort of protein , calories, etc are in 6 large or medium fried eggs.
obviously i am not a pro BB but i would still like to know what i am doing with my diet as i have been told its 80% of the whole battle of gaining weight.
putting 21 pounds on by say mid June shouldnt be too hard, right?
i mean for my height i dont even know what the average weight is but i suppose it probably near 175-185 lbs.
thank you all very much.
