bulking ques.

I'm trying to bulk up bringing food to work but still finding it hard to find time to eat all of it as we are extremely busy right now. I get a good breakfast in the morning but usually can only find time to eat 2 small meals(sometimes only one usually at 10:00am and 12:00noon) till I get home at around 5:00 at night. then I eat everything I can get my hands on. Can I still gain wieght consuming most of my calories in the latter part of the day? I've been reading some past threads that said timing doesn't really matter anyway as long as you get the calories and protein in at some point in the day. Is this true? do those people not know what their talking about who posted those threads? is timing everything? I'm 5ft.9 and about 157 right now. is it hurting me taking in most of my calories later in the day or i'm I pissing in the wind.these may be stupid ques. but I know little about nutrition and knew to working out,thanks for any help.
 
The big thing about spacing out your meals has to do with keeping your blood sugar in balance and protein absorption per meal.
 
spacing out the meals is very important as burning inside stated. If I'm pressed for time I at least Eat a large breakfast due to the fasting from sleep and a Eat good size meal after working out. The rest of the day I try to eat a good mixture of complex carbs and proteins every 2 hours. It's hard to adjust from eating the usual 2-3 meals a day to 6 meals, but once you get the routine down it's worth it!
 
Frostbite, most of go through this at one time or another. You have to find a way to make time. Carry food with you everywhere. Eat every chance you get. Eat at your desk at work if you don't get breaks. Eat on all of your breaks. If you are serious about your gains, you'll find a way. Good luck.

I don`t think that`s too bad. You seem to be getting the meals in, except from maybe 10-12 up to 5 PM. During that time I would just mix a shake and gulp it down about 2-3 PM.
 
been away for the weekend,thanks for reply's,i'm still convinced this job of mine will not allow me to put on wieght,disappointing,at least the money's half decent.
