I'm trying to bulk up bringing food to work but still finding it hard to find time to eat all of it as we are extremely busy right now. I get a good breakfast in the morning but usually can only find time to eat 2 small meals(sometimes only one usually at 10:00am and 12:00noon) till I get home at around 5:00 at night. then I eat everything I can get my hands on. Can I still gain wieght consuming most of my calories in the latter part of the day? I've been reading some past threads that said timing doesn't really matter anyway as long as you get the calories and protein in at some point in the day. Is this true? do those people not know what their talking about who posted those threads? is timing everything? I'm 5ft.9 and about 157 right now. is it hurting me taking in most of my calories later in the day or i'm I pissing in the wind.these may be stupid ques. but I know little about nutrition and knew to working out,thanks for any help.
