Hey guys, as I start my bulking journey, I've come to realize the actual cost of 4000 calories or more a day and if your on a budget it's just not easy to do. I've got it down to where I can get around 3900 calories with 300g of protein 250g of carbs and 160g of fat for around 75 bucks a week. Just posting to get some opinions on some other people's diets if cost is an issue for you. I've eaten clean most of my life but never really tried to bulk cleanly but to get the most out of my soon be first cycle, I'm going all in so let me know what you guys think?
