Hello everyone. Well, after the last post earlier this summer on here, I've been really kicking a** with my cutting diet. I started the summer off at 234, and I am now as of yesterday down to 203. I'll be staying on my current diet for a few more weeks, but when I start back to school, I want to start bulking back up some.
After doing lots of research, and reading, I figured this diet here would be something I could stick to, and be fairly affordable (being in college sort of limits my $$ spending)
All in all, its 3350 calories per day.
89gr of Fat 25%
289gr of Carbs 34%
333gr of Protein 41%
I tried picking as many wholesome foods as possible, and spread them out over hte course of the day so I have a constant supply of protein/carbs.
Meal 1: 7:30AM
6oz Chicken Breast
1piece of American Cheese
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1 cup of milk

Meal 2: 12PM
1 can of Tuna
2 cups of brown rice

PreWorkout Shake: 3:30PM
1 Scoop Whey
1 cup of milk

Post Workout Shake: 5PM
2 scoops of whey
2 cups of milk

Meal 3: 6PM
1 6oz Chicken Breast
1 piece of american cheese
1 cup of Pasta

Meal 4: 8PM
1 6oz lean beef patty
1 cup of Spaghetti
____________________________________
Meal 5: 11PM
1.5cups of cottage cheese

Any hints, suggestions, or tips on the foods I've picked, times I'm eating them, or quantities?
As far as training, I'm nearly my 9th week now on the 5x5. I haven't made BIG gains yet, but I still AM making gains despite my cutting diet, so that has me REAL psyched. I plan to continue the 5x5 real hard especially once I start my bulking diet.
Any replies would be appreciated. If you have nothing that you think could be corrected...just tell me GOOD JOB BRO! Haha
