eat as much meat as possible your at an age where your body is still changing so just take in as much of everything possible. try to stick to solid protein sources during every meal and drink tons of milk

What i tell people your age to do is eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches all day long lol, like between big means, eat like 2 between meals or when ever you get a chance to. When you start driving throgh a loaf of bread and and a jar of peanut butter in you car that'll work for ya
