CONSISTENCEY IS KEY!!!!!!!!!!!! make sure that you eat atleast 6 meals a day. What i tell people your age to do is eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches all day long lol, like between big means, eat like 2 between meals or when ever you get a chance to. When you start driving throgh a loaf of bread and and a jar of peanut butter in you car that'll work for ya
