Bulking diet help

Could anybody help me out with making a bulking diet? I've never bulked before but I kinda know the basics of what I need to do I could just use some help. If anybody with MSN messenger could spare some time and help me out that would be great.

I'm 15 years old, 6'0, and around 160lbs with about 10% bf (ecto). I don't put weight on very easily so what do you think is a reasonable goal to bulk up to in 3months?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks. ;)
 
I haven't started yet that's why I needed some help. I'm going to be doing a 3 way split -

Monday

Flat Bench Press
Dumbell Press
Dumbell Flys
Barbell Curls
Dumbell Curls

Wednesday

Military Press
Side Laterals
Barbell Shrugs
Dumbell Shrugs
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows

Friday

Squats
Standing Calf Raises
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Tricep Extension
Close Grip Bench Press


At the minute im not eating very much (i've just been ill) but I usually just eat anything that I want. I don't know about my goals yet but i'd like to get up to about 180lbs.

lift heavy - 6to8 reps

and

eat anything you want

try to eat as much protein as you can

drink a lot of water

have a couple protein shakes with milk, add peanut butter or ice cream, depending on what you like.
 
If you wanna bulk you need to up your calorie intake.....Just like solid said eat EVERYTHING in site.....examples being steaks, chicken breasts, tuna, fish, peanut butter, potatoes.....make sure your consuming atleast 1.5-2gs per lb of body weight in protein......as far as your routine, i would recommend 1 set of 12-15 reps, moderate weight to warm up, then 4 more sets of 6-8 AS HEAVY AS U CAN....u wanna just BARELY be able to get the last rep out.......set your self to a 12 week program and a decent diet, maybe a lil cardio here and there but not very much.....try not to consume too many bad fats, remember there are good fats and bad ones, the bad ones are usually the ones that make it a BITCH to try to shed after bulking......good luck bro anymore questions send me a message !!!
