Bulking and sprints

Would doing sprints while doing a bulking cycle dip to much into the muscle I am trying to build? Trying to work on speed and keep my endurance up. Or should I wait till after my bulking and I work on cutting the fat away? Thanks
 
sprinting is pretty anabolic, but it won't get you huge to the point of professional bodybuilder, but a lot of football players and sprinters are big and cut and I know they incorporate sprints, plus for myself they never really inhibited growth, but long duration cardio destroyed my muscle...
 
Your calves and hamstrings should blow up. As will lower lower back and abs to a lesser extent.

Hell I put on an 1/8 inch on my calves after my first sprint session this week! But I do run on my toes, due to the spikes I use - and because that's good sprint technique from what I have been told :)

My lower back sure as hell cramped and tightened up from the excessive force and speed. I must say though the increase in base strength I gained over the last 4 months have improved my speed by quite a large margin!
 
mmmmm.....yum........oh sorry I was distracted by CoolColJ's avatar. What was I saying? Oh yeah, I have been doing HIIT sprints for my cardio- I just do 12 minutes. 4 minutes warm up then 30 second sprint followed by 30 second jogg, repeat until I get to the 11 minute mark. Then I cool down. I cant say it has blown up my legs just yet but its better than having to jog for 45 minutes, that sucks! I haven't lost any muscle that is for sure.
 
When I truly bulk and am not worried about cardio conditioning...I do NO cardio at all...NONE.

Right now, in my sport...I have to be in good shape...
