I am currently at 228 pounds. My intake is anywhere from 3500 to 4000 cals per day. I keep roughly a 40/30/30 split. Diet is very clean.
Enth (500) and Deca (300) per week. I am at week 3.
I am starting to reaquire my gut and am starting to get worried.
Should I start low intensity cardio @ 30 per day 3 times per week?
