Any good bulker shake recipes? Looking for something high in calories but good for you. Not worried about the taste just wanna get a boost in calorie intake. thanks

Yeah start with a scoop of protein powder, and then go through your fridge. Im not being a smart ass. I start with a scoop of whey protein....plop in some cottage cheese, empty a thing of yogurt into it, a 1/4 cup of raw oats, a table spoon of all natural peanut butter, a banana or some straw berries, or both, topped off with some skim milk. Ice doesnt hurt either......blend and enjoy....you gotta watch out though, cause that is prolly a lil high in fat, i dont retain fat very well, which is good, so i just bulk bulk bulk, but you might be different i dont know...just watch what you put in it.

Overload on the kidneys....ouch! Take it easy with the bulker shake, try adding 100-200kcal to each of your 6 meals daily with an extra tbsp of oil, pb, or some nuts if you need to up the caloric intake on your diet or other toppers like sesame seeds(great source of calcium and iron).

If a shake is mandatory, 4 tbsp pb will do it adding about 420kcal. Trying to consume too much all at once will just convert excess to fat and you need to be sure you body will use it all so be careful with it. I would try and split it up into 2 shakes.

I like this:

2 1/2 scoops whey-300 cals
2 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter-200 cals
1/2 banana-50 cals(?)
1/2 cup oats-150 cals

Total 700 cals and tastes awesome.

This is what I do...

1 regular vanilla Myoplex pack
1 scoop of vanilla whey
6 or 7 whole strawberries (you can get a big bag in the frozen foods section at the store)
2 tbsp peanut butter (natty or regular, but if you are bulking I would use regular)
1 teaspoon of creatine (5 grams)
about 2 cups of water
Teaspoon or so of Splenda

Mix in blender

This works out to about 72+ grams of protein and about 35 grams of carbs I think. Don't quote me on that though.
