bulk diet plan?

I am currently on a cut for my holiday wich is in 2 weeks but after that i was going to go on a bulk diet to try and put on some good size, Should u gradually add more calories each week from my current diet or should i just jump straight into the bulk diet? I am currently eating about 2000 to 2500 calories per day, should i just bump it upto 3500 calories straight away? Bit worried about putting fat on quickly if i jump upto that amount right away, would i be fine with that?

most guys after a cut eat like hogs for the first few days back .this is to stop the muscle loss and begin the building process again.

I'm new 2 all of this but i'm a 25 yr old male about 190lbs to 200lbs and i'm trying 2 lose about 10lbs and tone up real nice.... Any Suggests would be greatly appreciated

In that case start with the basics - calculate your maintenance calories (see stickies). You will need to eat less than maintenance calories to lose fat. This can be done be done by eating a normal clean diet with carbs/ fat/ protein, or a Ketogenic diet (TKD or CKD)...

Post up ur maintenance cals bro and we'll tak it from there

Cool thanks for the advice ill give that go by adding 200 calories a day to the diet, never really been on a bulk diet as ive always stuggled with losing fat but ive finally managed it and i have a good understanding on what to eat now. Would i be expecting too much if i said could i gain a solid stone of muscle by the end of the year? obviously i no i will put sum fat back on again but im not too bothered by that, just want to put some serious muscle on now!

Yeah,

If you train right and eat enough you could potentially gain that much lean muscle - hit at least 5000 calories a day - 6000 if you can manage it
