I am on my 2nd bulk cyc (ara@ 500 and equi @400 per wk for 10 wks)...on my last cyc, (sus@500 for 8wks) I ate everything in site and my waist size went up by 2-3 inches. This time, i'd like to miminze waist from going up. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been doing some cardio and try to eat as much as I can, but try eat clean. Or should I just not worry about my waist size and work on it later?
