Bulk, Cut, Recomp? (pics)

6'1, around 195lbs right now. 26 years old

1st cycle was January 2012, 500mg test for 14 weeks. bulked up hard to 220lbs, since then have lost a ton of muscle

should i bulk? cut? recomp?

if you could recommend a cycle what would it be?

if you could recommend macros what would they be?

No cycle for you. I dont know why you lost so much muscle but You prob didn't recover very well with whatever pct you used. Whats your diet like? you lost 25lbs but still have high bf which is also a tell tale of bad diet. I'd get some blood work done and see where your hormones are before you start pinning anything.

I actually kept the muscle pretty well for about 6-8 months after the cycle, but got really unfocused from lifting due to a new job and working late hours, and partying on weekends

Agree with the bad diet, and im going probably today to get bloodwork done
