Bulk cooking

Hola,

What do you guys like to cook in large batches and then split into portions and freeze/ store? Lookin for some ideas here...

My staple meals are (I generally add a portion of brocolli into each of these meals)...

-Spag Bol
-Beef chilli
-Ground beef curry
-Fish burgers (mixed fish mixed with egg/ oats then fried in olive oil or oven baked)
-Teriaki Noodles+chicken/ salmon (teriake sauce is low sodium soy/ honey/ chilli/ ginger/ garlic/ coriander)
-Protein flapjacks
-Meat + Cabbage
-Portions of brown rice
-protions of sweet potatoe wedges
- Tandori OR mint drumsticks/ thighs (natural yoghurs + Tandori paste OR mint - marinade then oven cook)
-Meatloaf

Anyone got any easy cook, inexpensive bulk recipes to add?

i normally stick with turkey breast cutlets and chicken breast tenderloins. I generally cook about 3 lbs at a time and store them in plastic containers in the fridge. I eat 1 lb per day so I don't give it time to really go to waste.
