Bruce Lee or Jet li?

I hear Jet Li is so fast they have to get him to slow down just for the camera to pick up his moves.

Has anyone here ever seen that one inch punch bruce lee did at some tourney?

Supposedly Bruce was slowed down in his movies because he was too fast. Also, I've seen pictures of the punch but never a clip.

You mean the one where he breaks the block of ice the size of a cinder-block having his fist only one inch away?

The one I saw was where he punched a guy with his fist one inch away from this man's chest. The guy was totally blown away so what you're talking about is definitly the same thing.

i used to have a tape that was a documentary on bruce lee and they had that one inch punch on there. it was amazing, he knocks the guy back about 5 feet. if you look on kazaa you can probably find a clip of it. there was also another one of him doing 3 spin kicks in a row, i think thats what they are called. it was so fast all you could see was a big blur until they slowed it down and played it frame by frame.

bro i saw that. it's the one where he punches the guy back into his chair right?

Bruce Lee: A fighter through and through, who dedicated his life and studied every art in search of the most useful techniques. He put these techniques to use in battle to verify there effectiveness and also made movies.

Jet Lee: A really good Kung Fu guy who is also an actor.

Bruce Lee much more charazmatic in front of the camera. He was a perfectionist when it came to fight scenes.I read he would make sure that the other characters in the film were also involved in martial arts,so he could get a more realistic scene when it came to fighting. Jet Lee the best of Jerry Bruckheimer fight scenes. Entertaining but B.S.

this is a tough one. I am biased towards jet li since he has some sick ass movies(from hk, not hollywood). he has earned any martial arts awards throughout his lifetime, mostly when he was growing up. the way I see it, Bruce lee was out to sell himself and make him look like a legend; jet li was just triying to make it big since he was a little kid.

Bruce lee was definetly a better fighter although jet li did win a lot of tournaments in his day. Burce was pretty much unstoppable. He lived and breathed martial arts. Sort of like roy jones is to boxing. Jet li definely has more spectacular moves on screen though. If you haven't seen the movie fist of legend definetly do. He may be on kazaa for some of his moves in that movie too.

This is a tough call. Without Bruce Lee there would probably not be a Let Li.

true that. but I also think that he is not as good as he is cracked up to be. granted he is a PIONEER, like bob marley(I also dont think he is good), but they are the ones that have made a name for themselves and their skills.

To even ask this question is rediculous...by the way, bruce lee made 4 complete movies, he couldn't complete his fifth one due to his death...

Jackie Chan is incredibly skillful too, not to mention creative.

I think Bruce Lee was the best he could be during his time, if he was around today who knows how much more he could've become. It's hard to compare people from two different decades --even Babe Ruth's record had to be broken eventually.

Not to discredit Jackie Chan in any way, but I think he's more of an entertainer than the other two. Again, not trying to say that he isn't skilled, he could certainly beat 10 of me up.

Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee

Because Bruce Lee's commitment was second to no-one.

He studied and integrated the most useful moves and stirred it up into his own martial art.

Someone like that you can never stop, because if you are initially better than them (I would call it 'different' not better) they just become you and then improve you and beat you with the improved you.

Jet Li would not stand a chance.

All hail to Bruce Lee

i think he made more than 4 movies bro. ive got a tape full of his shit and it doesnt even have enter the dragon on it.

Nope, just 4 complete movies...he did some supporting roles on a few tv shows and movies, but he only did 4 movies in which he was the main character. He died before he could complete his fifth one (Game of Death) and it was finished with a horrible look-a-like actor and the script was changed from what he wanted. It was terrible.

I HAVE TO CHECK OUT GAME OF DEATH TO SEE HOW BAD IT REALLY WAS.
