Very easy recipe!! I actually just made this one up and it turn out good.

Anyways all you need is:
lemon,peppers, minced onion, four cloves of garlic, diced tomatoes , sprouts and black pinto beans and some cook brown rice.
Fry the onion and the garlic on a hot skillet with olive oil ( you can use any cooking oil you want) then add the diced tomatoes wait till all the juices oozes out then add the sprouts. In 5 minutes add the black pinto beans ( you can also use red beans) then add the cooked rice. Add some peppers on it and if you like add some dash of salt. Sprinkle it with Lemon Juice!
If you preffered you can top it with a sliced of avocados
